Is the studio accessible for disabled visitors?
Our workshop and studio are located up a narrow flight of stairs. Unfortunately, this means the space is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for those who are unable to climb stairs. We regret that there is no lift available. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please contact us before booking to discuss your needs.
Do you offer workshops or classes?
Yes, we offer a variety of workshops, classes, and social gatherings throughout each month. You can browse and book upcoming events directly through our website. If you'd prefer, we're also happy to email you a full schedule of what's coming up.
What is included in a course or workshop?
Each course or workshop is packed with information and clearly outlines what is included in the description. Tea, coffee, and light refreshments are usually provided (depending on the session) and are included in the cost. Please check the individual workshop listing for full details.
Can I just turn up and pay on the day?
Due to the size of our workshop space and limited availability, all workshops, classes, and gatherings must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the individual event description for booking requirements.
How can I contact you?
You can get in touch with us via our contact form or visit us at the studio during opening times. If we are closed, you are welcome to leave a message at The Flickering Cauldron & Kettle (the shop below us), and they will pass it on to us.
Where can I park?
We're located in Tiverton town centre with several convenient car parks nearby. Short stay car parks (ideal for 2-3 hour workshops) start from £1.20/hour, and long stay car parks (for 3-5+ hour workshops) start from £1.00/hour. What should I bring to a workshop?
All materials and aprons (when needed) are provided. You're welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages if you'd like.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a bit messy, depending on the workshop.
How early should I arrive?
You're welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled, choose your seat, and make yourself a cup of tea. If you arrive right on time, don't worry - we've built in time at the start for everyone to get comfortable.
Is there an age limit for workshops?
Most of our workshops are designed for adults. Due to the nature of the sessions, we're unable to accommodate babies or small children as they may distract other participants. Older teenagers may be welcome depending on the specific workshop - please contact us before booking to confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a quick and secure checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
As per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we're happy to provide a credit or transfer your booking to another available date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
What happens if you cancel a workshop?
If we need to cancel a workshop, we'll notify you immediately and provide a full refund.
Do you have toilet facilities?
Yes, toilet facilities are available on-site.
Is there WiFi available?
Yes, free WiFi is available during your workshop.
Can I take photos during the workshop?
Absolutely! Feel free to capture your creations, but please ask permission before photographing other participants.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We're planning to launch gift vouchers over the next couple of months! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified as soon as they become available.
Can I book a private workshop for a group?
Yes! We offer private workshops and group bookings. Please get in touch with your requirements, preferred dates, and group size, and we'll be happy to create a bespoke experience for you.
